Hi Tounkara! As far as I am aware, PayPal accepts payments from China and Mali. Have you tried to use the Buy Now button on my website? On the page at PayPal that comes up you can select “China” from the list of countries if your credit card is registered there. Credit cards from Mali should work too. Let me know if that works for you.
